I am experienced in assisting individuals work through life challenges, such as anxiety, depression and mood disorders.

 

I specialize in Trauma and Addiction issues.

 

My priority is to provide my clients a safe environment to facilitate the insight they need

to overcome their current obstacles, which includes the use of art therapy.

If you are unhappy because of relationship issues, trauma or obsession with romantic

or sexual behaviors and thoughts, I have education and expertise in helping men & women

find resolution in order to change and grow.

I work from a depth psychology and person-centered approach, using traditional talk therapy, combined with art therapy and EMDR.

 

I believe the best solutions are the solutions generated by the client, with guidance

from the therapist.
