According to the ancient practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu, each finger on your hand correlates with an emotion.
The THUMBS correlate with the emotion of WORRY.
The INDEX FINGER correlates with FEAR.
The MIDDLE FINGER correlates with ANGER.
The RING FINGER correlates with GRIEF.
And the PINKY FINGER correlates with overall ANXIETY, INDECISIVENESS and SELF-ESTEEM ISSUES.
To help balance the emotions, simply wrap your entire hand around each finger (or a designated finger), and hold it for at least two minutes to help process your emotions.

RAW FOOD RECIPE: OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES
1 Cup Raw Oatmeal
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
½ Cup Firmly Packed Pitted Medjool Dates
½ Cup Raisins
Combine the oats and cinnamon in the food processor and process into small pieces. Add the dates and process to mix well. Add the raisins and lightly pulse to mix. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks and/or freeze leftovers. Note: If you wish to add nuts, pulse the nuts into the mixture after the dates and before adding the raisins.

JOURNAL PROMPT QUESTIONS:
1. What are the TOP two or three things that you don’t like about your life? What first comes to mind?
Next, write down what you believe is the complete opposite of those two-to-three things. (What does the polar opposite of those things look like?)
Write down as MANY details as possible… Not just what the opposite looks like, but what it sounds like, smells like and feels like. We want this to be a SENSORY experience!
Afterwards, you should have some pleasant feelings surfacing from this pretty picture in our mind’s eye, and your subconscious is going to be receptive to this delightful prospect!

Think about a distressing event.
Rate the intensity of your emotion on a scale of 1-10.
Hold the points below for 1 Minute each.
Breathe deeply throughout the process (Always exhale longer the your inhale.)
Rate the intensity of your emotion once again to determine is this technique is an appropriate fit.
Point 1 (Gall Bladder 14)
Location - 1 Inch above the center of your eyebrows.
Hold this point with two fingers for at least 1 Minute.
Breathe deeply.
Point 2 ( Gall Bladder 8)
Location - 1 Inch above the top, center point of your ears.
Hold this point with two fingers for at least 1 Minute.
Breathe deeply.
Point 3 (Governing 20)
Location - In the center line of your head,
about five finger widths past your hairline
Hold this point with two fingers for at least 1 Minute.
Point 4 (Triple Warmer 3)
Location - On the back of the hand,
just above the point where the bone of the pinky finger
joins the ring finger.
Tap that point with 2-3 fingers for at least 1 Minute.
