10 AM - 11:30 AM        Beginner's Numerology Class  by Life Coach, Cathy Thurman

Numerology is the study of numerical patterns and how these patterns influence our inner and outer world.  In this class you will learn how to calculate your “Life Path Number”.  Although this is the easiest number to calculate in Numerology, it’s the most important number to understand and utilize as a resourceful guide to your life purpose.  Similar to our astrological sign, The Life Path Number represents our personality and outlines our future.  It describes who we are, our deepest values, our strengths and the challenges we may have to face.  It introduces us to undiscovered gifts and acknowledges known talents we should further develop.  Numerology is just one of many tools to help improve our lives, and this class is a great sampler to help you determine whether you resonate with this tool and if you’d like to take it to the next level.

12:30 PM - 2 PM          Beginner’s Pendulum Dowsing Class   by Life Coach, Cathy Thurman

Pendulum Dowsing is one of many forms of divination.  This is an introduction class to sample and help you determine if dowsing is something you’d like to pursue.  In this class you will be making a simple pendulum and learning how to maximize your results with it in terms of connecting with your higher self (or spirit guides) and receiving reliable answers to your questions.  You will be practicing yes/no questions, learning the do’s and don't's of pendulum work, and leaving with free charts to experiment with at home!

2:15 PM - 3:15 PM        Potent Acupressure Points for Overall Wellness  by Energy Medicine Practitioner, Cathy Thurman

Acupressure is like "acupuncture without the needles".  It is a method of alternative medicine that applies pressure to points on the body to release blockages in the energy field.  Once blockages are released, harmony is restored to the energy field, which consequently supports health and healing of the physical body.  In this class, Cathy will explain the concept of reflex points in an energy system, called the "Meridians".  She will be teaching you the most powerful acupressure points to stimulate

for anxiety, fatigue, immune system functioning and overall wellness.

3:30 PM - 5 PM            Balancing and Maintaining Your Boundaries Through The Art Form of Conversation

There is a place where your best friend ends and you begin.  It’s the exact same place where your family ends and you begin, as well as the same place where your work life ends and your personal life begins.  That place is called your “boundaries”, and you’re entitled to it!  Unfortunately, we don’t learn how to establish and maintain healthy boundaries from school, and we’re left to figure it out for ourselves.  If you’re tired of conflict, being on the defense or feeling run over, this class will help you learn how to nip it in the bud!  In this class, we’ll be reflecting on personal attitudes towards boundaries and how those attitudes may be contributing to the problem.  We will be accessing our personal limitations and learning about the benefits of setting limits with others.  Most importantly,

we will be learning and practicing powerful statements to tell others that respectfully communicate and enforce balanced boundaries, all the while keeping the peace we so desire in our relationships with others.

6 PM - 7 PM                Yoga Nidra Class  by Yoga Instructor, Natalie Perkins

Traditional meditation entails sitting.  Imagine having the best of both worlds… A deep state of heightened awareness and focus, while comfortably lying down with pillows and blankets…  Sign me up, right?  Our Yoga Nidra Instructor, Natalie, is highly educated in heath and fitness.  She is a Pharmacist and Certified Health Coach.  She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.  We hope you can join her in this class, as her soothing voice guides you in a unique form of meditation and conscious relaxation.  Yoga Nidra is for anyone looking to try something new, ease anxiety, transform negative habits or foster feelings of peace, calm and clarity.  PLEASE NOTE:  This class is FREE, but space is limited, so please reserve your spot by emailing:  Mats, bolsters and blankets are available to use
